Review of SVAMC Guidelines on the use of Artificial Intelligence in Arbitration

Neo Forensics agreed to participate in public review of draft Guidelines on the Artificial Intelligence in Arbitration ("the Guidelines") published by Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center ("SVAMC"). Neo Forensics would like to thank members of SVAMC AI Task Force for the invitation.

As one of the stakeholders to the arbitration process we consider SVAMC initiative very important and timely as it helps to create point of reference for use of AI by arbitral institutions, arbitrators, parties and their representatives, experts and, where relevant, other participants in the arbitral process.

Upon conlusion of public review and finalization of the Guidelines Neo Forensics intends to be an early adopter of the document and seek a relevant endorsement from SVAMC.
